Vijaya G. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as a Board Member for Planet, Guardant Health, and Mercy Corps, where Vijaya is also the Board Chair, Vijaya has been a Founding Partner at #ANGELS since March 2015. Previously, Vijaya held significant roles at Twitter, including Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, overseeing legal, public policy, and trust & safety matters, as well as corporate, securities, M&A, and international law. Prior to Twitter, Vijaya worked at Juniper Networks as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel, Corporate, and at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as an Associate. Vijaya holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
