Serena Mak is a Firmware Engineer with extensive experience in project ownership, architecture design, and application development, currently working at Synapse Product Development since January 2018. Key accomplishments include the design and implementation of a multi-threaded BLE client/server device and the development of robust BLE testing frameworks. Previous experience includes a role at Peloton Technology, where a proof-of-concept driver input device was developed for an autonomous truck platooning system, integrating safety-critical protocols. Educational background includes studies at De Anza College, Foothill College, Menlo-Atherton High School, and the University of California, Santa Cruz.
