Michael Soulage is an accomplished aerospace professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering, thermal analysis, and project management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Mechanical, Thermal & Qualification at Planet since October 2014, Michael previously worked as an Aerospace Engineer at NASA Ames Research Center, where responsibilities included leading the mechanical design and analysis for pivotal projects. Early career highlights include internships and roles at notable organizations such as Shell'eco GM, DGA-CAEPE, and the CEA, contributing to projects ranging from UAV development to propulsion testing. Michael holds a Master of Science in Space Studies from the International Space University and a Master's degree in Aeronautics and Space from Arts et Metiers ParisTech.
