Christian Gonzalez, PhD, is an experienced investor currently working at Planet A Ventures since January 2023, focusing on environmental challenges through supporting founders. Previous roles include a summer analyst position at Antler in 2022, participation in the MBA Global Consulting Project with IQ Capital, and the MBA Cambridge Venture Project with Syndi Health. Christian co-founded HxBio, a clinical development accelerator, and served as a business development manager at both Medica Scientia Innovation Research and IXA - Innovation Exchange Amsterdam. Early career experiences include postdoctoral research scientist roles at Columbia University Medical Center and Kræftens Bekæmpelse. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from the University of Cambridge, and a BS in Chemistry and Physics from The City College of New York.
