Steve Hall serves as the Vice President of Service Delivery for the Engineering Services Division at Planate Management Group since July 2018, overseeing a range of service efforts including engineering and construction management. Previous roles include Deputy Director of the Engineering Services Division and Deputy Architecture & Engineering Division, where Steve directed task orders, developed workforce strategies, managed budgets, and nurtured customer relationships. A history of leadership roles spans various organizations, including a consultative position with Capstone Corporation, as well as significant contributions to the Navy Wounded Warrior Program and Submarine Force Operations. Steve holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and has degrees in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia and Biology from Virginia Military Institute.
