Alvaro Barrios is an experienced technical leader with a strong background in full-stack web development and project management. Currently holding the position of Líder Técnico at Ceibal since October 2017, Alvaro has co-founded Looking Loop and Tensai, contributing to the growth of both organizations from October 2016 to May 2023 and January 2010 to May 2023, respectively. Alvaro's early career included roles as a web programmer specializing in ActionScript at Crea Labs and Raccoon from 2006 to 2011. Alvaro's educational credentials include a Licenciatura en Tecnologías de la Información from UTEC, alongside various certifications in programming and web design from multiple institutions.
