Sachin Jain

Director Customer Experience at Plan B

Sachin Jain has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sachin began their career at Transworks Information Services Ltd as a Technical Support Specialist, providing email and chat support to APC clients. Sachin then joined TeleTech as a Broadband Specialist and later became a Team Leader, managing the daily operations of the broadband project.

Moving on, Sachin joined Telecom New Zealand as a Team Manager, responsible for contact center strategies and driving continuous improvement. Sachin later became a Lead Coach, overseeing customer experience across multiple sites and implementing quality programs. Sachin also served as a Customer Care Manager, leading a 300-seater operations team.

After Telecom New Zealand, Sachin joined Gray Matrix as a Director, focusing on CX strategy and operations. Sachin played a key role in transforming and realigning the company's strategy and expanding its operations.

Sachin then joined Burnbill as the Chief Customer Officer, where they worked on developing a rewards platform for retailers and business owners.

Subsequently, Sachin joined Connections Ltd as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, specializing in CX best practices and leading projects in contact center management, change management, and process improvement.

Currently, they are working at PLAN B Technology as the Director of Customer Experience. In this role, they are responsible for leading and overseeing various teams, developing strategies to enhance customer experience, and driving customer success initiatives.

Sachin Jain has a Bachelor of Production Engineering degree, specializing in Production Management and Quality Management, from the University of Mumbai which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. Sachin also holds a Certificate of Project Management from George Washington University in the USA, which they obtained in 2008. Additionally, Sachin is a Certified HBDI Practitioner, having completed the program at Herrmann International in 2008. Sachin has also obtained certifications in Customer Experience Professionals Association (CCXP) and CX University (CXS) in 2020.
