Tracy Ruh has extensive experience in leadership and operations within the retirement services and transportation industries. Since January 2008, Tracy has served as Chief Operating Officer and Customer Experience Owner at PAi Retirement Services. Prior to this role, Tracy held various positions at Schneider National from November 1987 to October 2007, focusing on operations, customer service, human resources, yield management, and strategic planning. Tracy Ruh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies and History from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse between 1980 and 1984.
