Efthymios Dimopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Efthymios began their career as a Sales Department employee at Makro Cash & Carry in 2001. Efthymios then moved on to Criterion Publishing & Consulting Ltd, where they worked as an ASP.NET Web Developer and IT Manager from 2001 to 2012. During this time, they gained experience in software development, web development, and content management systems.

In 2011, Efthymios joined the Hellenic Navy as an IT Systems & Network Administrator, where they served until 2012. Efthymios then worked as a Freelancer from 2012 to 2013, specializing in web development using HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, and other technologies.

Efthymios'smost recent position was as a Technical Lead, Software Engineer, and .NET Developer at Plaisio Computers, where they started working in August 2013. In this role, they were responsible for software development, server administration, integration between platforms, and monitoring and maintenance of websites.

Efthymios Dimopoulos completed their MSc in Information Technology - Web Technologies from the University of West Of Scotland in the years 2008-2011. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Technological Education Institute of Piraeus, School of Management & Finance - Accounting Department, during the period 2001-2006. Aside from their formal education, Efthymios also attended seminars on computing through eLearning. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired certifications such as Sitecore Professional Developer from Sitecore in 2018, and Implementing an API in ASP.NET Web API and Orchard Fundamentals from Pluralsight in 2016.
