Oscar Del Moral Negugogor has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Oscar started their career as an Editorial Director at LH Servicios Informáticos in 1993, before becoming an Editor in Chief at Axel Springer España in 1994. In 1995, they joined ELECTRONIC ARTS SOFTWARE as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for brand management and planning advertising campaigns. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a Product Manager at Psygnosis, managing marketing plans and executing advertising and PR strategies. In 1999, they joined Proein as a Marketing/PR Manager, overseeing brand management and advertising. In 2000, they joined Gameloft as a Content Manager, where they set up the Spanish office and secured a partnership with Ya.com. Oscar then moved to Best Relations in 2001 as an Account Manager, handling product communication for Microsoft's Xbox console. In 2002, Oscar joined Microsoft as a Product Marketing Manager for the Xbox division, and later served as an Enthusiast Evangelist. In 2008, they became the Marketing Director at PLAION, supervising a team of 7 and leading marketing strategy planning and execution. Finally, in 2016, they took on the role of Managing Director at PLAION.

Oscar Del Moral Negugogor completed their Master's degree in Commercial Management and Marketing at IE Business School from 1999 to 2000.
