Lynn Gavia currently serves as the Vice President of Quality at Plains Commerce Bank, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Lynn was the Quality Control Manager for Forward Mortgage Lending at American Pacific Mortgage from September 2019 to June 2023, collaborating closely with the Chief Risk Officer and Vice President of Operations. Lynn also gained experience as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Lyon Real Estate during the same period. Earlier roles include Director of Operations for the Reverse Mortgage Division at Skyline Home Loans, where Lynn successfully launched the department, and Quality Control Manager for Reverse Mortgage Originations at Ocwen Financial Corporation, overseeing auditors and managing team members. Additional experience includes serving as Underwriting Supervisor at Pinnacle Capital Mortgage Corp and as a Direct Endorsement Underwriter at Genworth. Lynn began the career in underwriting at Bank of America as a Conventional Underwriter. Lynn holds a degree in FHA Underwriting and is qualified as a D.E. Underwriter.
