Ismail Yolacan has extensive work experience in various industries. Ismail is currently the Director Global Capital Investments at pladis Global since 2020. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager at Haier Europe from 2019 to 2020, where they managed a greenfield factory project. Before that, they held multiple positions at Eti, including Investments & Process Development Senior Manager, Overseas Investments Manager, Investment Manager, Project Manager, Centralized Maintenance Chief, Plant Maintenance Chief, Utilities & Oven Maintenance Chief, and Project Engineer, with responsibilities ranging from strategic planning to project management and maintenance. Ismail also worked at Tetra Pak from 2001 to 2004 as a Shift Manager, overseeing operations and production. Ismail'searly career included working as a Tendering & Manufacturing Engineer at Bilkent Holding A.Åž. from 1996 to 1999.

Ismail Yolacan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Istanbul Bilgi University, which was obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Msc in Mechanical Engineering at Eskisehir Osmangazi University from 1996 to 1999. Ismail also earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anadolu University from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ismail Yolacan has obtained certifications in FIDIC Contracts (Contract Management, Claims, Dispute Adjudication, EOT) in 2015, and as a TV/Radio Presenter and Speaker from BaÅŸkent Ä°letiÅŸim Bilimleri Akademisi in 2013.
