Divya Jain has a strong background in supply chain and procurement. Divya is currently working as an Associate Director at PepsiCo since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Supply Chain at pladis Global starting from May 2021. From February 2017 to May 2021, they worked as the Head of Procurement at IPM INDIA WHOLESALE TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED. Divya also gained experience in supply chain management at Mahou San Miguel from October 2015 to January 2017. Before that, they worked as a Commercial Manager at United breweries from September 2012 to September 2015. Divya started their career at Cargill as a Deputy Manager from October 2011 to September 2012. Divya began their professional journey at Whirlpool Corporation as a Sr Engineer from June 2005 to September 2011.

Divya Jain completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a specialization in Electronics instrumentation & controls, from the University of Rajasthan in 2005. Divya then pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Maharshi Dayanand University, which they completed in 2010.
