Stephen Boateng MRICS is an experienced professional in the field of land development and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Places for People since May 2022, Stephen previously held the position of Land Manager at Clarion Housing Group from May 2019 to October 2021. Prior roles at Taylor Wimpey plc included Senior Land Manager, Land Manager, Assistant Land Manager, and Graduate Management Trainee, contributing to a wealth of knowledge in the sector between September 2011 and April 2019. Stephen began their career at Kier Group as a Trainee Building Engineer from June 2009 to March 2010. Stephen earned a BSc in Construction Project Management from Oxford Brookes University in 2011.
