Meera Satiani is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Vice President in Restructuring & Special Situations at PJT Partners since July 2018, having previously worked as a Summer Associate in the same division. Prior experience includes a Vice President role in Investment Banking at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, where responsibilities involved origination, structuring, and execution of cross-asset financing transactions. Meera also held positions at Standard Chartered Bank as an Associate focusing on commodities structured finance, and at Citi as an Associate/Analyst specializing in structured trade finance transactions. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and undergraduate studies at Duke University, complemented by a foundational education at Karachi Grammar School.
