Gavin Coupe is an experienced professional in transport planning and consultancy, currently serving as Associate Director at PJA since September 2021. Prior to this role, Gavin held various positions at Atkins from June 2003 to September 2021, including Managing Consultant (Team Leader) for Transport Consultancy and managing roles in Highways & Transportation and Transport Planning. Gavin holds an MSc in Transport Planning & Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University (2005-2009) and a BSc in Geography from The University of Sheffield (1999-2002).
