James Lagneau serves as the Energy Manager at PizzaExpress since July 2016, where responsibilities include creating and implementing energy reduction strategies to align with NetZero goals. Additionally, James has held the role of Territory Manager overseeing 25 casual dining restaurants. In 2023, James became an Operations board member at the Zero Carbon Forum. Prior experience includes over 17 years at JD Wetherspoon, where James was Area Manager, successfully managing flagship pubs and a hotel in Birmingham city centre, as well as serving as Pub Manager in various locations. James holds a degree in Business and Marketing from UCE Birmingham.
