Courtney Dignam is an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer currently at Emmy Squared Pizza / Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group since February 2019. Prior to this role, Courtney served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Red Pebbles Hospitality for four years and held the position of Director of Human Resources at Omni Hotels for nearly eight years, where responsibilities included executing HR initiatives for luxury convention hotels. Courtney’s career in human resources began at Archon Hospitality as a Team Leader and included roles at Eastwood Homes as Corporate Human Resources Manager, overseeing operations for a homebuilder, and early experience as a Sales Coordinator at Waterford Hotel Group. Courtney earned a BA in Psychology from Western New England University.
