Tanya Pallavi currently serves as the Head of People Practice at Pixxel and as a Heal Your Life Workshop Leader at Heart Inspired Presentations, LLC, both roles since May 2023. Prior to this, Tanya held significant leadership positions, including Vice President of People Strategy & Development at Mobile Premier League, where responsibilities included building and scaling the people practice. Tanya's earlier experience includes serving as Workforce Transformation Lead & Program Manager at DXC Technology, where contributions involved post-merger integration and operational excellence for a large workforce. At McKinsey & Company, Tanya managed staffing and professional development for over 150 consultants, and prior roles at Polaris Financial Technology Limited and Indian Oil Corporation Limited focused on talent acquisition and organizational culture. Tanya holds a PGDM in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a B.A. (Hons) in English from Delhi University.
