Noor E Alam Khan has a diverse work experience in the Information Technology industry. In 2013, they began their career as an Associate Engineer at HP where they were responsible for installation and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems, as well as assembling, dissembling, and troubleshooting of laptops and other devices. In 2015, they joined DIS as an ICT Executive, where they provided technical support for installation, integration, and maintenance on the Digital Broadband Delivery System, and supported Cisco routers, switches, and LANs to internal and external branches. Currently, they are working as an Information Technology System Administrator at Pixis, where they are responsible for troubleshooting problems related to performance tuning, network administration, application conflicts, and system bugs. Noor E Alam also maintains all the hardware and software issues of 450+ employees' desktop/laptop/workstations at local and global sites.

Noor E Alam obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Bareilly College in 2020, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and History from Bareilly College in 2014, an Intermediate degree in PCM from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2010, and a High School degree in PCM from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2008.
