Jonathan Briard has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jonathan started their career as an Attaché Commercial Expert at Lyreco France from December 2008 to July 2011. Later, they worked as a Commercial at Zenka Diffusion/Bugatti Optique from August 2011 to August 2012. Jonathan then transitioned to a career in sales and joined Quadient in October 2012 as an Ingénieur Commercial Office. In this role, they were responsible for selling hardware and digital solutions to clients, including machines for mail processing and electronic safe for digitizing pay slips. Jonathan also responded to client requests for proposal. After Quadient, Jonathan joined Pitney Bowes as an Ingénieur Commercial from January 2019 to July 2019. Currently, they work at PIXID as the Responsable Commercial - Solution Recrutement et Portail Salariés, a role they have held since January 2020.

Jonathan Briard attended IDRAC Business School from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a BTS degree in Action Commerciale with a field of study in Commerce. Jonathan then continued their education at IDRAC Business School from 2006 to 2008, earning a Master 1 degree in Marketing and Business Management with a specialization in Marketing and Commerce.
