Nathalie Gauthier is an accomplished professional in the gaming and media industries, currently serving as the Greenlight Program Director at Pixel United since January 2024, under Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. Previously, Nathalie held the position of Executive Producer and Production Director at Big Fish Games from August 2023 to February 2024. From October 2017 to August 2023, Nathalie was the Executive Producer and Acting COO & Co-Studio Head at Square Enix Montreal, which was briefly rebranded as Onoma Studio. Additional roles include Executive Producer at Hibernum and Business Unit Manager for Magic The Gathering Puzzle Quest. Nathalie's background also includes a Senior Producer position at Behaviour Interactive and serving as CEO and Executive Producer at Blue Lizard Games since its inception in 2008, overseeing a team of over 40. Earlier experience includes producing for Astral Media Inc., managing TV channel campaigns focused on short format ads.
