Elizaveta Sukhonosova has worked in a variety of positions since 2015. Elizaveta began their career as a Trainees Care Team Leader and Account Manager for AIESEC in 2015. In 2016, they were a Sales Representative for Go Go Segway Tours and a Sales Organization Leader for Southwestern Advantage, where they recruited, trained, and led over 25 students. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Sales Representative and Sales Recruiter for LGFG FASHION HOUSE and as a Business Development for Rossum and Pixaera.

Elizaveta Sukhonosova attended Prague University of Economics and Business from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce. In April 2022, they obtained Financial Markets (with Honors) certification from Coursera.
