Pierangelo Rothenbühler serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Geospatial at Pix4D since March 2016, overseeing a portfolio that includes PIX4Dmatic, PIX4Dsurvey, and PIX4Dmapper, while managing team operations and Profit & Loss. Key achievements include a significant increase in monthly revenue from zero to 400,000 CHF and growing active users to over 700. Previous experiences include roles as Product & Team Manager, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, and Technical Support Engineer at Pix4D. Additional experience encompasses a position as Conseiller communal at Commune de Montreux since December 2023 and internships in data science and digital marketing at Wooga and QoQa Services SA, respectively. Pierangelo holds a Master of Science in Robotics and Autonomous Systems and a Minor in Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship from EPFL, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Microengineering from EPFL and academic experience at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
