Zenir da Costa Junior has had a varied and extensive career. In 2018, they became Manager at Pix Force. From 2014 to 2018, they were the CEO & Founder of Stand up Paddle SUP RS. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Inspetor at Alsco. From 2005 to 2013, they served in the Exército Brasileiro as a Sargento, where they were responsible for an administrative team coordinating payment processes, contract supervision, reports, protocol control, credit limit distribution, and various other administrative activities. Additionally, they were responsible for leading combat groups, providing military instruction, and conducting physical activities.

Zenir da Costa Junior has completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from ULBRA, a Technical degree in Administration from ULBRA, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Unisinos.
