Julia McLaughlin is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at Pivot since October 2021. Previously, Julia held various HR roles at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health from June 2014 to October 2021, including Human Resources Program Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Assistant/Specialist, focusing on benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition. Julia's career began at Shelby's Garden, where the role of Creative Director was undertaken from July 1998 to 2014. Julia holds a Human Resources Management certification from UC Berkeley Extension, awarded with distinction.
