Claudia Coughran, Ed.D. has extensive experience in education, currently serving as Project Lead and Administrative Coach at Pivot Learning Partners since June 2014. Previously, Claudia founded Claudia Coughran Consulting, providing expertise from January 2010 until June 2023. At the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education, Claudia held the role of Director of Curriculum & Instruction, overseeing educational support for eleven school districts, and coordinating efforts in professional development and compliance. Other significant positions include Senior Program Coordinator for Small School Districts in San Luis Obispo County and K-12 District Literacy Specialist at Lucia Mar Unified School District. Early career experience includes teaching a multiage class at Long Beach Unified School District. Educational qualifications include an Ed.D. in Organization & Leadership from the University of San Francisco, an MAE in Educational Leadership from Chapman University, and a BA in Public Speaking from California State University, Fullerton.
