Robb Leming began their career at Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. in 1991 as a Sr. Finance Manager, where they led the finance function in the Heartland Business Unit. Robb worked on operational and strategic financial planning, collaborating with Marketing to drive growth for the organization. In 2022, Robb joined Pivot Bio as the Director of Revenue Operations.

Robb Leming completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics at Iowa State University from 1990 to 1992. Robb then pursued a Master's degree in Business at Drake University from 1993 to 1996.
