Micaela Oram is currently the People's Pitzer Program Assistant at Pitzer College, focusing on grassroots organizing and voter engagement. Presently serving as a Sustainability Consultant at Claremont Sustainability Consulting, Micaela has previous experience as a Field Intern for the New York State Democratic Party and an Intern at Climate Imaginarium. Micaela also worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at URJ Crane Lake Camp, where leadership and community building were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at Bet Am Shalom Synagogue, assisting with Hebrew School classes, and attending the National Advocacy Institute with the ACLU, which emphasized social justice and civil liberties. Micaela is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies at Pitzer College, expected to graduate in 2025, and holds a high school diploma from White Plains Senior High School.
