Scott Phelps has a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Scott has been with the Pittsburgh Steelers since July 2000, currently holding the position of Vice President, Technology. Prior to that, Scott worked as an IT Assistant at the Carolina Panthers for a brief period in 1999. In 2020, Scott graduated with a Master of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
