Maxwell Baranoff has been working in the professional world since 2015. Maxwell began their career as a Gymnastics Instructor at WORLD ELITE GYMNASTICS. In 2021, they took on the role of Cashier at Bed Bath & Beyond, and Host at Wahlburgers. In 2022, they were hired as a Marketing Intern at Walker & Walker Equipment LLC, and also as an Account Manager at PittMoss®.

Maxwell Baranoff has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Fullerton from 2017 to 2021. Maxwell then obtained an Associate of Science - AS in Business Administration and Management, General from the Community College of Allegheny County in 2021. Maxwell is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from CCAC & University of Indiana of PA from 2021 to 2022.
