As General Counsel, Rosana Moura Garbacik is responsible for the overall legal affairs of the Piston Group family of companies.

Rosana joined the Piston Group with 15 years of legal experience in North American and Latin American business operations. She previously worked as corporate counsel for Yazaki North America Inc., where she was responsible for negotiating a multitude of contracts including supply, sales, vendor service, IT, license, and other general corporate agreements.

Rosana earned a Juris Doctor and a Master of Law degree from Wayne State University. She holds a bachelor’s degree from University Federal

of Goias.
