Den Horolskiy began their career in 1997 as a Research Fellow at Kharkov Aviation Institute. In 2000, they became a Project Manager at CentrInform. In 2003, they co-founded Metalika and served as CEO, where they were responsible for the business plan concept, design and development, management procedures, budget approval, employee search and training, market research, competitive analysis, marketing activity planning and analysis, and more. In 2015, they co-founded HireRush.com and served as CEO. In 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer at WiserBrand. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed Director of Operations at PissedConsumer.

Den Horolskiy completed postgraduate studies at the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' in 1997, focusing on alternative sources of energy. Den obtained a Mechanical Engineer degree from the same university in 1994, specializing in electric propulsion and power systems for spacecraft. Den Horolskiy's educational journey began at Kharkov secondary school â„–25, which they attended from 1978 to 1988.
