Sari Pelli is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa since January 2020. Previously, Sari held the position of HR Director at OP Financial Group from May 2012 to January 2020, where responsibilities included supporting management in HR issues and developing HR functions aligned with business strategies. Sari's extensive background at Nokia spanned over a decade, during which roles included Site HR Lead, Senior HR Consultant, and various HR Manager positions, focusing on HR strategy, organizational development, and supporting management teams.
