Adrien Rolland is a Ship Construction Manager at PIRIOU since August 2022, with a solid background in production planning and control from a prior role at Cartier (January 2019 - June 2022). At Cartier, Adrien managed production planning and coordinated successful new product launches while overseeing an engineering team. Experience includes serving as Officer of the Watch and Head of Intendance and Health department at Marine Nationale, where responsibilities involved navigation, crew management, supply chain oversight, and maintenance planning. Earlier roles included Quality Assurance Project Manager and Lean Project Manager at Cartier, focusing on quality systems and operational improvements, as well as a brief tenure as a Supply Chain Engineer at OPTIMUM TRACKER.
