Nidhi Dubey is an experienced professional with a strong background in monitoring, evaluation, and consultancy within the health and social sectors. Currently serving as Lead MEL at Piramal Swasthya since September 2017, Nidhi has also provided consultancy services to various organizations from July 2012 to September 2017, contributing to policy development and project management. Previous roles include consulting for FHI 360 and Karvy Insights Limited, where responsibilities encompassed liaising with partners, capacity building, and overseeing project implementation. Nidhi has extensive experience with donor reporting and data analysis, with a solid educational foundation including a Post Graduation in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and an Online Certificate in Urban Health from St John's Research Institute.
