Bhushan Pawar has diverse work experience in procurement and supply chain management in the pharmaceutical industry. Bhushan currently holds the position of Strategic Sourcing Manager -Direct Procurement Lead at Piramal Pharma Solutions, with a focus on USA and Canada. Prior to this, they worked at Orion Corporation as a Sr. Executive in Sourcing, Procurement, and Logistics. Bhushan has also held roles at Lupin Pharmaceuticals, AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD, Cipla, Orion Pharma, and KAIRAV CHEMOFARBE INDUSTRIES LIMITED, gaining experience in global sourcing, contract manufacturing, SCM, and sales and purchase.

Bhushan Pawar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Joshi- Bedekar College from 2007 to 2010.
