Daniel Cowens is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of Site IT at Piramal Group since April 2021. In this role, Daniel oversees the deployment, development, monitoring, and maintenance of critical IT systems, ensuring seamless user experiences and minimal disruptions during upgrades and installations. Prior to this, Daniel held various positions, including IT Operations Lead at Piramal Pharma Solutions and Service Desk Team Leader at EDMI Europe Limited, and has a strong background in managing IT departments, ensuring data integrity, and meeting service desk performance targets. Daniel began their career as a Support Engineer at Nectar Electronics after completing education at Framwellgate Comprehensive School and Northumbria University.
