Robert Popdan is an accomplished investment banking professional with extensive experience in healthcare sectors. Currently serving as an Investment Banking Associate at Piper Sandler since June 2024, Robert focuses on healthcare investment banking. Previously, at TripleTree, Robert specialized in M&A advisory, successfully closing deals totaling over $2.5 billion in transaction enterprise value. Earlier roles include Engagement Manager at Marwood Group and platform development positions at SCALE Healthcare and Deloitte, where Robert provided strategic advisory and capital support. Robert holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance, as well as a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, both from Fairfield University. Additionally, Robert has demonstrated leadership skills as President of the Graduate Student Senate and as Tower Captain for the Smith Point Ocean Rescue Team.
