Burks Chisom is an Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Sandler, focusing on the healthcare sector since June 2024. Previously, Burks served as a Camp Counselor and Executive Board Social Coordinator for Camp Kesem National, assisting children affected by a parent's cancer from November 2020 to May 2024. Burks has also gained experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Piper Sandler in the summer of 2023 and provided income tax assistance to low-income families as an Income Tax Assistant at Madison House from October 2021 to May 2023. Additional roles include serving as a Poolside Grill Attendant at Farmington Country Club and founding Salem Strings, a lacrosse stringing business. Burks is currently pursuing a B.S. in Commerce with a focus on finance and management at the UVA McIntire School of Commerce and holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
