Jonathan Teplitsky has a long and varied professional career. Jonathan began their career in 2007 as an Analyst at Accenture, where they consulted one of America's largest cable providers to roll out a new cell phone offering. In 2009, they joined the United States Army Reserve as a Captain (Intelligence), where they were a subject matter expert for political, economic, and threat matters for the Horn of Africa. In 2011, they joined the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as an Intelligence Analyst. In 2015, they were an MBA Strategy Intern at Uber, where they managed the operational re-launch of Uber's Family product. In 2016, they were a Senior Marketing Manager at Amazon, where they managed a three-person marketing team responsible for growing the $200m+ Canadian consumer electronics business. In 2018, they joined Horizen Labs as the Director of Community Growth, where they managed Horizen's marketing strategy, including partnership development, community growth, social media content planning, and email strategy. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Layer 3 Labs, where they are responsible for pipeline enabling projects to accelerate their community growth and build a loyal user base.
Jonathan Teplitsky attended New York University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Management. Jonathan then attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French Studies. Finally, they attended Harvard Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
