Laiza Rocha has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Consultant for Ituran Brasil, where they provided passive telephone support, assisted with product information, and managed customer inquiries. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Diebold Nixdorf, where their responsibilities included generating reports and graphs, controlling access, and managing customer service tasks for Itaú Unibanco. In 2021, Laiza joined SONDA as an IT Incident Manager Agent, handling critical application issues and database services, monitoring environments, and utilizing ITIL practices. Currently, they work as a Sales Engineer at Pipefy, starting in 2022.

Laiza Rocha completed their education from 2016 to 2018 at Fatec Cotia - Faculdade de Tecnologia de Cotia, where they obtained a degree in Superior Tecnólogo in the field of Gestão Empresarial. Additionally, in July 2022, they obtained the Automation Pro I Certificate from Workato.
