Kadri Lenk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kadri started their career at Telema AS in 2013, where they served as a Product Manager for two years before transitioning to the role of Business Analyst. Kadri worked in this position until 2018 when they joined Eesti Energia as a Business Intelligence Project Manager for a brief period. In the same year, they began their tenure at Pipedrive, initially as a Product Data Analyst before progressing to the role of Senior Product Data Analyst. Currently, Kadri holds the position of Senior Strategy Analyst at Pipedrive, which they assumed in May 2022. Additionally, in 2019, they briefly worked as a Business Analyst at InCorply.

Kadri Lenk completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Investment Management at Estonian Business School, during the period of 2010 to 2013. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Information Technology at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, from 2016 to 2018.
