Evelin Rootsi has a diverse work experience. Evelin is currently working at Pipedrive as a Senior Product Manager, starting in 2022 after previously holding the role of Product Manager from 2020 to 2022. Prior to their role at Pipedrive, Evelin was a Product Owner at Artify - Creative and Software Development studio for a brief period in 2020.

In 2020, Evelin co-founded a start-up called Truby, where they served as a Co-Founder and Product Manager. Evelin'sresponsibilities included conducting client interviews, market research, designing customer flows, and prioritizing tasks based on conversion.

Before that, they worked at Swedbank, where they held multiple roles. From 2018 to 2020, Evelin was the Golden Customer Segment Manager and Data Breach Coordinator, where they focused on developing a golden customer program to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Evelin conducted interviews, surveys, and statistical analysis to understand client needs and created new value offers.

From 2015 to 2018, Evelin worked as a Personal Financial Advisor at Swedbank, managing an affluent clients portfolio and providing consultation on mortgages, investments, and insurances. Evelin also held the role of Client Consultant, assisting customers with daily banking, insurance, and pension inquiries.

Evelin's earlier work experience includes co-founding Ruutu10, where they raised awareness about improv theater and its useful methods in teaching. Evelin performed improv theater, coached companies using applied improv methods, and managed marketing and sales. Evelin also served as the Debate Club Manager at Hugo Treffneri Gümnaasium, where they organized the club's daily activities and trained students in debate formats, public speaking, and argumentation.

Evelin Rootsi's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Hugo Treffneri Gümnaasium and obtained their High School Diploma in 2011. In 2011, they enrolled at the University of Tartu, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology in 2015. Additionally, in 2014, Evelin briefly studied Russian Language and Literature at Voronezh State University.
