Taylor Neilson is an ambitious individual with extensive experience in the fields of animal science and veterinary medicine. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Student Research Assistant at the Meat and Muscle Biology Laboratory since May 2016, Taylor has developed valuable research skills. In addition, Taylor has gained hands-on experience in medical settings through a Doctor Shadowing role at Pioneers Medical Center and as a Veterinary Technician Assistant at The Vet Clinic, both starting in May 2015. Taylor also contributes as a Barn Manager at Franklin Cattle Company. Prior experience includes working as a referee at Meeker Recreational Center. Taylor holds dual degrees in Animal Science and Biochemistry from Oklahoma State University, with a focus on Pre-Medicine/Veterinarian, and previously attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
