Leslie Sumpter, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in implementation and human resources project management. Currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at both CATALIS and Pioneer Technology Group since September 2022, Leslie previously held the role of Implementation Consultant at Tyler Technologies from August 2021 to September 2022. A long tenure at Calcasieu Parish Police Jury from July 1999 to August 2021 included various positions such as Human Resources Project Manager and multiple application support roles. Leslie started a career in public service as a Deputy Tax Assessor at Calcasieu Parish Tax Assessor from May 1997 to July 1999. Educational background includes a diploma in Math/Science from Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts and attendance at McNeese State University.
