Stefanie Weaver is an experienced leader in the fields of education, non-profit management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Navigator at Pioneer iQ since December 2017, Stefanie focuses on developing learning and leadership experiences for the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. As the Founder of WÄ“ve Solutions, Inc. since January 2010, Stefanie leads projects that support entrepreneurs through curriculum development and resource creation. Previously, Stefanie held the position of Executive Director at Biking Across Kansas, Inc. from July 2012 to June 2023, promoting health and wellness through cycling events. Other notable roles include Director of Operations at SmartVet Holdings, Inc. and Manager of Entrepreneur Learning Programs at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where Stefanie significantly expanded the Kauffman FastTrac training program's reach. Stefanie began a career in operations management at Network Trade Associates, overseeing daily financial and operational activities. Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Mathematics from Evangel University.
