Keely Butters, PHR, SHRM-SCP, GBA, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Benefits Manager at Pioneer Human Services since August 2017. In addition, Keely has been the Human Resources Manager at Navos since 2013, providing support in labor and employee relations, including participation in SEIU contract negotiations.
