Shubham Bansal is a co-founder and venture partner with a robust background in innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. Currently, Shubham co-founded Change Engine, focusing on AI and non-profits while also serving as a venture partner at Pioneer Fund, which invests in high-growth seed startups. As a co-founder and CEO of Leap Club, Shubham has facilitated the delivery of fresh, organic groceries, raising approximately $1M in seed funding. Previous experiences include data science at Discovergy GmbH, co-founding Impactpreneurs, and contributions to the energy sector through various roles, including graduate research at NEC Europe and an analyst position at Enerwhere. Shubham holds a Master of Science in Energy Management and Sustainability from EPFL and a B.Tech in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, complemented by a brief educational stint at Y Combinator.
