Richard Serunjogi is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and startup ecosystem with extensive experience in building and supporting ambitious companies. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund, Richard focuses on investing in Y Combinator alumni. As an investor-operator and team builder at Dynamism VC since 2016, Richard collaborates with startup founders to provide critical resources from inception to Series C. Previous roles include Co-Founder and CEO of Business Score, an embedded lending platform for UK SMEs, and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Verto, a Y Combinator-backed company. Richard's earlier experience encompasses strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company and a business associate role at Google, among other leadership positions in community organizing and education. Richard holds a BSc in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and was a participant in Y Combinator in 2019.
